What is iluva?
iluva is a platform-agnostic knowledge migration and transformation service. It helps organizations restructure existing knowledge articles to meet a destination system's format and requirements.
Is iluva limited to ServiceNow?
No. ServiceNow is only one example. iluva is designed for migrations between different knowledge systems and file formats; compatibility is established from the actual source and target evidence.
Can I bring my own target JSON or XML example?
The workflow accepts representative target output, schema or specifications to guide mapping and validation. The exact target requirements must be checked with a real sample.
Does iluva rewrite articles?
iluva is intended to transform existing content rather than author or invent missing business knowledge. Content preservation, including rich elements, should be checked in the output preview and validation.
What source content can I evaluate?
Examples include HTML, Word, PDF, Markdown, text, spreadsheets, CSV, JSON and ZIP source materials. Individual file characteristics and embedded assets may require review.
