Knowledge articles can arrive as HTML, Markdown, text, DOCX, PDF, CSV, JSON, spreadsheets or ZIP archives. Their content and structure may not match the target schema, even when the words themselves are correct.
How to approach it with iluva
- Upload source files and provide representative target JSON, XML or other supported output evidence.
- Review the proposed source-to-target field mapping, including missing required values.
- Validate output structure, inspect preservation of article elements and download the generated package.
What to know before starting
Transformation is not rewriting: iluva does not invent missing business facts. Tables, images, links and other assets require validation, and exact preservation depends on the input and destination format.
